Pet Policy

Pet-friendly living should feel easy, not added on. At Neuhaus, cats and dogs have room in the routine, with a dedicated pet park with a drinking fountain for quick outdoor breaks and a smoke-free setting that keeps shared spaces feeling fresh.

After a walk through the Grogan’s Mill area, come home to interiors made for everyday clean-up and comfort, including luxury vinyl plank flooring, full-size washers and dryers, and select layouts with private oversized yards. With up to three pets welcome per apartment, you can choose the space that fits your household, then confirm current policy details with the leasing team or schedule a tour to see the pet-friendly features in person.
